Refund policy
Refund & Return Policy — Yure Beauty
Last updated: 6 August 2026
This policy applies to all purchases made on yurebeauty.com ("Yure Beauty", "we", "us"). Full company details are set out in our Terms of Service. It works alongside — and never limits — your statutory consumer rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
1. The Yure 90-Day Guarantee
We stand behind our products with a voluntary guarantee that goes far beyond the legal minimum: love it within 90 days of delivery, or your money back.
No return postage, no forms. You do not need to ship anything back. Simply email support@yurebeauty.com within 90 days of documented delivery with:
- your order number,
- a photo of the product you received, and
- a short note on what didn't work for you (a sentence is enough).
Wrong shade? We swap it free. If your shade doesn't match, our first remedy is a free replacement in a different shade — shipped at our cost, nothing to send back. One free shade swap per order; a shade swap does not use up your 90-Day Guarantee, and the 90-day window keeps running from the original delivery date.
Refund amount: the product price you actually paid for the order (the amount charged at checkout), refunded to your original payment method. Shipping fees and optional add-ons (e.g. Shipping Protection) are not refundable under this voluntary guarantee.
Fair-use conditions. The 90-Day Guarantee is a goodwill programme, granted voluntarily beyond your statutory rights, and is subject to the following conditions:
- Valid only for purchases made directly on yurebeauty.com. Products bought from third parties, resellers or marketplaces are not covered.
- Valid once per customer, lifetime. One activation per identity — identity being any match across email address, payment method (as identified by our payment processor's fingerprint), shipping address, phone number, order IP, or name-plus-address combination.
- Applies to your first order of a given product (for subscriptions: the first subscription order). Renewals and repeat purchases are covered by Sections 2 and 3 below.
- Not available while a chargeback or payment dispute is open on the order (Section 4), or for identities flagged under our anti-abuse rules (Subscription Policy §6).
- Requests must be received within 90 days of documented delivery. Requests received later are assessed under Sections 2–3 only.
- We reserve the right to deny this voluntary guarantee in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
- For multi-unit bundles, the guarantee refunds the full amount paid for the order; we may however ask you to return the still-sealed, unused units before the refund is issued — with a prepaid return label we provide, at zero cost to you. Opened units never need to be returned.
2. Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal — Sealed Products Only
As a UK consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (reg. 29).
Legal exclusion for opened cosmetics and pressurised/aerosol products. Under regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right of withdrawal does not apply to "sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery." This exclusion also applies, where lawful, to sealed pressurised/aerosol containers once unsealed, for the same health, hygiene and product-safety reasons. Yure Beauty cosmetics — including any aerosol or pressurised formats — fall within this category. Therefore:
- Product sealed and unopened, original packaging intact → 14-day withdrawal applies.
- Product opened, seal broken, or used even partially → statutory withdrawal is excluded by law. (Your 90-Day Guarantee in Section 1 may still apply.)
Procedure. Notify us at support@yurebeauty.com within 14 days of delivery. We issue a return authorisation (RMA) within 48 business hours, including the return address and packaging instructions. You must ship the return within 14 days of the RMA, using a tracked carrier, with the RMA code visible on the outside of the parcel. Return shipping is at your cost. We recommend photographing the parcel before shipping.
Refund. Full product price (the amount you actually paid), plus standard outbound shipping if you paid any, refunded to the original payment method without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. As permitted by regulation 34(5) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
Non-conforming returns. Returns will be refused and no refund processed where the product arrives with the seal broken or tampered, used or partially consumed, outside the deadlines above, or with packaging missing or damaged by the customer beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. Returns arriving without the RMA code are not refused, but may take up to 14 additional days to identify and process — include your order number inside the parcel. Refused returns can be shipped back to you at your cost.
3. Refunds on Repeat Orders and Subscription Renewals
For second and subsequent orders (including subscription renewals), refunds are granted exclusively in these cases:
- (a) Manufacturing defect (altered formula, separation, contamination, non-conforming colour) — documented with clear, well-lit photos of the product and the batch code, reported within 14 days of delivery;
- (b) Transit damage (crushed packaging, broken tube or canister, product leakage) — documented with photos of the parcel and product, reported within 48 hours of delivery;
- (c) Wrong item shipped (different shade or product than ordered, missing bundle components) — documented with photos, reported within 7 days of delivery.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of goods that are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described — see Section 6.
Strict exclusions (beyond your statutory rights). No refund is granted under this voluntary Section 3 process for: change of mind outside the windows above; "I don't like the texture/scent/finish/result" on an opened product (statutory hygiene exclusion — see Section 2); product consumed beyond 30% of its content; skin reactions not documented by a medical certificate (self-declaration is not sufficient — see Section 8); orders already shipped before a cancellation request; parcels refused or unclaimed (Section 5); requests received outside the stated deadlines.
Procedure. Refund requests are valid only via email to support@yurebeauty.com with order number, high-resolution photos, and a description. Requests via social media, chat or phone do not activate the refund procedure. We reply within 24–48 business hours with a reasoned acceptance or rejection.
Refund method. Original payment method only, within 10 business days of documented acceptance. We do not refund via bank transfer to a different account, alternative payment accounts, gift cards or discount codes. Banks may take an additional 5–15 business days to post the credit.
4. Chargebacks & Anti-Fraud Protection
Contact us first. If anything is wrong with your order, you are required to contact support@yurebeauty.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before opening a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. With a 90-day no-questions guarantee in place, there is no scenario in which a chargeback resolves faster than an email to us.
Evidence & representment. Every order is documented with purchase timestamp, origin IP, device fingerprint, checkout acceptance of these terms, email communications, full carrier tracking and delivery confirmation (including GPS, photo or signature where available). For any chargeback we consider unfounded, this complete evidence file is submitted to the card network through the representment procedure.
Consequences of unfounded chargebacks. Where a chargeback is rejected by the payment network, or is opened on an order that tracking shows as duly delivered and that has not been returned: (a) the customer account and matching identities are permanently excluded from future purchases; (b) the identity is added to block lists shared with anti-fraud processors (e.g. Shopify Protect and equivalent services); (c) we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the debited amounts and, for demonstrably fraudulent chargebacks, to report the matter to the competent authorities.
Effect on pending requests. Opening a chargeback suspends and voids any pending refund, replacement or guarantee claim on the same order. No refund or replacement is issued while a chargeback is under review.
5. Lost, Undelivered and Refused Parcels
Parcel in transit > 10 business days with no tracking movement. Contact us; we open a carrier investigation within 48 hours. Investigations take 7–15 business days. If the parcel is confirmed lost, you choose: free reshipment or full refund.
Parcel marked "Delivered". Once the carrier records delivery (with confirmation, GPS, photo or signature), responsibility for the parcel transfers to you. Loss, theft or misplacement after confirmed delivery is not covered — unless you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, which covers exactly these cases with a free replacement (see Shipping Policy).
Refused, unclaimed or "address insufficient" parcels. Return carriage and handling costs (standard £7.50) are your responsibility and are deducted from any refund. Reshipment is possible upon payment of new shipping costs.
Wrong address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible. No refund is due. Reshipment, where the parcel comes back to us, requires payment of new shipping costs. Address changes are only possible before dispatch (see Shipping Policy).
6. Defective, Damaged, or Not as Described — Your Consumer Rights Act 2015 Rights
Independently of the voluntary programmes above, if a product you receive is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In brief: within the first 30 days you are normally entitled to a full refund or replacement; after 30 days (and within six months), we are normally entitled to one opportunity to repair or replace before you can claim a refund or price reduction. Report transit damage within 48 hours of documented delivery and manufacturing defects within 14 days so we can act quickly, though this does not limit your statutory time limits. Required documentation: photos of the outer packaging, the product from multiple angles, the batch code, plus a description and your order number.
Resolution: free replacement (our preferred remedy, shipped at our cost) or a full refund of the defective item. Where we ask for the defective item back, return costs are on us. Resolution within 5–10 business days of acceptance.
7. Definitions
"Documented delivery": the date the carrier records "delivered" in tracking, or the date of signature/photo confirmation. For the voluntary windows in this policy (the 90-Day Guarantee and the defect-reporting windows), a parcel is also treated as delivered 7 days after a recorded "attempted delivery" the customer did not act on. This presumption never applies to the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, which runs from the day you (or a person you designate) acquire physical possession of the goods.
"Sealed and unopened": original security seal intact and untampered, primary packaging undamaged by the customer, labels intact and legible.
"Used": a product is presumed used where the seal is broken (including "just to check"), the product has visibly been dispensed, application traces exist, or content is visibly reduced.
8. Limitation of Liability
Yure Beauty products are cosmetics for external use. We are not liable for: skin reactions not attributable to a documented manufacturing defect (individual sensitivity is not a defect — perform a patch test before first full use, as instructed on the packaging); subjective aesthetic results differing from expectations; improper use (application on broken skin, mucous membranes or eyes); indirect damage such as stained clothing from use contrary to the instructions. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy. Changes never apply retroactively to orders already placed. Material changes are notified by email at least 15 days in advance where we hold your address.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), our state of incorporation. As a UK consumer, you additionally benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of the law of England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland as applicable to your place of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence in the UK. For customers outside the UK, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Cheyenne, Wyoming (USA), unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.
